YouSaid keeps receiving. Customer messages, survey answers and Proof submissions past an allowance are still stored, shown in your inbox and library, and included in exports. Only the step that costs money pauses: AI analysis falls back to simple rules, new video processing and Stream copies wait, and monitoring and automated asks pause. Paused work resumes by itself when the allowance resets on the first of the month (UTC) or when you upgrade.
